At loomobox, we’re revolutionizing the creation of professional product images and videos for industries such as beauty, skincare, and cosmetics with our digital solution. To continue driving our success story in the B2B SaaS market, we’re expanding our team and looking for you! As a Sales Manager (f/m/d), you’ll play a key role in our growth. You’ll identify relevant brands, proactively explore new avenues for lead generation, and lay the groundwork for new customer relationships through qualified initial contacts. Together with our founder Michael, you will continue to expand our sales team. In the long term, there is the possibility that you will take over the entire sales cycle. Your Future Role
- Identifying relevant brands and continuously building a strong sales pipeline
- Actively reaching out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
- Conducting initial consultations to assess needs and generate interest in loomobox
- Scheduling qualified appointments for the Account Executive to ensure optimal preparation for closing sales
- Continuously improving outbound activities by testing and implementing new approaches to lead generation
- Accurate documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure a structured handover within the team
Your qualifications
- At least two years of professional experience in B2B sales, inside sales, outbound sales, or a comparable field
- Experience in the SaaS or software environment, as well as a fundamental interest in digital products, is a plus
- High level of self-motivation for new customer acquisition, lead generation, and building customer relationships
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to proactively reach out to potential customers
- A structured, independent, and reliable work ethic
- Fluency in German and very good written and spoken English
- A good sense of modern brands, ideally with a focus on the beauty, skincare, healthcare, or supplements sectors

Salary
This position offers a minimum gross monthly salary of €2,500 (fixed) based on a 40-hour workweek, paid 14 times a year. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a higher salary may be offered and will be agreed upon during a personal interview. In addition, we offer an attractive, uncapped variable compensation package. This results in a monthly target salary (OTE) starting at €3,700 gross, with the potential to significantly exceed this amount based on performance. Overtime Any overtime worked will be compensated in the form of time off in lieu.
